• Emails answered within 30 to 40 minutes.
• Revisions delivered in 30 to 40 minutes.

2. Delivery Times

• Digitizing/vector: typically 3–4 hours.
• Development projects: as per project timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide correct files and instructions.
• Respond to revision requests within 5 business days.

4. Confidentiality

We keep client data and designs strictly confidential.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Refunds per Refund Policy.
