By accessing Mystic Punch’s website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We provide embroidery digitizing, vector design, web development, mobile app development, and related services.

• Payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), British Pounds (GBP), and Euros (EUR).
• We accept all major and minor credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal.

• Free minor revisions are included.
• Major revisions or redesigns are subject to extra charges.
• Revisions are delivered in 30 to 40 minutes.

Turnaround times are estimates. Delays caused by client (late feedback or assets) are not our responsibility.

• After full payment, you own final deliverables.
• We retain rights to display work in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise).

Refunds follow our Refund & Revision Policy.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
